Floral and Event Design Company seeking motivated individuals to fill positions of Floral Designers in Boca Raton.
Full-time only. Must be available to work week-ends and holidays.
Management Opportunities.
We Will Train and prefer applicants with little or no previous floral design experience. Passion for creativity and attention to detail a must.
All new hires begin as apprentice to our Master Floral Artists. During the first 90 day probationary period we pay $10/hr plus overtime. After 90 days we review performance for salary increase up to $15/hr. Thereafter, promotion to Journeyman Designer and/or management recieve additional benefits.
